The Physical Therapy Consultants at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic are licensed by the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta. Our physical therapists treat musculoskeletal injuries arising from participation in recreational and fitness activity, competitive sport, work related accidents, and motor vehicle accidents.

Physical Therapy at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic includes:

• Assessment and treatment that focuses on educating you in the management of your condition, while progressively returning you to your normal healthy and active lifestyle
• A functional approach to rehabilitation of injury to the musculoskeletal system
• Emphasis on patient education and home programming
• Care from a licensed practitioner who possesses post-graduate training in manual therapy, sports therapy, athletic therapy, and /or acupuncture.
• Care from a licensed practitioner who, throughout his/her career, has been actively involved in the care of elite athletes and recreationally active individuals alike, traveling as a member of the National Medical Team to national and international events for a number of years.
