Blair graduated in 1983 from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and then in 1984 went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.  Blair earned a place as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists in 1994 and is well known for his ability in this area here at the Clinic.  He recently received his Diploma in Medical Acupuncture using it in his practice on a daily basis to augment traditional physical therapy treatments.  Blair has also contributed a number of strength and conditioning articles for Oxygen magazine.
